MRC coffee (PNG medium dark) 4 fl. oz. IBC root beer 1 shot Kentucky Bourbon 1 large scoop Vanilla ice cream or a shot of Bailey's Creme Cinnamon stick (optional) Method 1. Pour Kentucky Bourbon into a tall glass or frosty mug. 2. Add MRC coffee and root beer. 3. Add 1 or 2 scoops vanilla ice cream - don't want ice cream? then add a shot of Bailey's Creme. 4. Top off with whipped cream and cinnamon stick. Recommendation: Enjoy Buffalo Trace Kentucky Bourbon in this drink. It has the smoothest flavor that works really well in the coffee bourbon root beer float. My Papua New Guinea medium dark coffee works best, as well. Give it a try you won't be disappointed!!

Enjoy a refreshing iced peach coffee drink with rum and schnapps! Ingredients 1 shot Rum 1 shot Peach Schnapps 8 fl. oz. MRC coffee Fresh peach slices Fresh mint Method 1. Pour MRC coffee in a tall glass with ice. 2. Mix in rum and schnapps. 3. Add peach slices and garnish with mint. 4. Enjoy!

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo, Summer, or anytime with a flavorful Coffee Margarita! Ingredients 2 fl. oz. tequila 1/2 fl.oz. triple sec 13 fl. oz. MRC light or medium roasted coffee 3/4 oz. fresh lemon or lime juice or sour mix 1/4 ounce Chambord Liqueur (optional) ground cinnamon to garnish Method 1. Combine tequila, triple sec, coffee, juice and (optional) Chambord and shake well for about a minute or until desired frothiness. 2. Taste the drink and made adjustments as you like it. 3. Pour the mix over ice in a glass and garnish with cinnamon, lemon or lime. 4. Enjoy!
